Employment

The Employment and Labor Substantive Law Committee's charter is to stay current on developments in employment and labor law, publish articles on such developments, and, where and when appropriate, sponsor CLE and other learning opportunities for members of the Association. We are committed to developing information on expert witnesses in various areas which arise in employment litigation and making this information available to members of the Association. The Committee is also committed to addressing employment law focused issues of professionalism, ethics and the in house/ outside counsel relationship. In addition, the Committee will focus its efforts on increasing the membership of employment and labor practitioners in the SCDTAA.
