SCDTAA Hotel Form Registration

SCDTAA Group Reservation Cut Off Date is 5:00pm EST Tuesday, June 20th or until the room block has been filled.  To confirm your reservation, please complete the form.  All reservations will be made through SCDTAA headquarters.  Only registered attendees for the meeting will be able to make hotel reservations.  Hotel form will not be processed unless you have submitted your registration AND payment prior to or along with the hotel form.  

Due to the high demand of hotel rooms for this meeting, each registrant and company is allowed 1 room at the Omni Grove Park Inn.  If we are able to accommodate more rooms at the Omni Grove Park Inn it will be on a first come, first serve basis. 

**Hotel reservations for Saturday, July 22nd is based on availability at the Omni Grove Park Inn and the group rate is NOT guaranteed.
